What is the rugby like?

The All China Cup is competitive but open to all skill levels. No matter your background, you'll find a challenge on the pitch. For higher level players, we play in the HKRFU and every season have Allstar teams that play against national teams in the region (China, Mongolia etc.)

"I played Div 1 (UK Nat 1/2) back home in the NZL and I felt challenged every time I kit up for the All China Cup games. However, having the high level comp [HKRFU and All Star games] was a great way to level up my rugby." Brett M.

"I had no teaching experience, but I loved the idea of playing rugby in China. When I spoke to the lads at CRR they told me how easy it was and I was blown away. I've been teaching in China for 2 seasons now and it is awesome." Mark T.

What is China like?

You probably won't believe us right away, but China is arguably the most fun & exciting place on earth. It's like living in the future, but with a price point from the 1950's. We guarantee that in every way possible, you will have a higher quality of life out here.

"I joined the Beijing Ducks after having a crack at the USA Eagles & Major League Rugby in the US. I travel a lot and use rugby as my way of connecting with my new home. I stayed longer with the Ducks than I have anywhere else. I immediately felt connected to the Club and had some of the best years of my life with them in Beijing."
