1. South China Tigers* (China's Top Rugby Level)
Equivalent Level: UK Championship / SA Currie Cup / NZ NPC

*Note: The league South China Tigers was previously playing in (Global Rapid Rugby) shown in this video was disrupted due to covid-19, however a new professional competition called the Asia Rugby Grand League will launch in 2024, initially including teams from Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Korea and Japan.

2. Hong Kong Premiership (Semi Pro: £100-150 Match Fees)
Equivalent Level: UK National 1 / SA Varsity Cup / NZ Prems / AUS Shute Shield

3. Hong Kong "Premiership A" (Amateur)
Equivalent Level: UK National 3 / SA Varsity Shield / NZ AUS Prem Reserves

4. Hong Kong "Championship" AND
China Mainland "All China Cup" (Amateur)

Equivalent Level: UK Top Leagues Below Nat 3 / SA NZ AUS Major City Div 3

What are the requirements?

For us to get you a work visa to come to China, you need to meet the following criteria. 

  1. Age: 21 Years And Above

  2. Passport from UK, IRE, USA, CAN, AUS, NZL, RSA

  3. Clean criminal record
